A slot is used when a setting starts a paid subscription (not a free snapshot, not a trial). One slot per setting. Slots are counted lifetime - a cancelled founding slot is not re-sold.

Each founding account carries a small in-app stamp reading FILED FIRST - No. n of 100. We'll also invite (never require) founding settings to be case studies and to refer a neighbouring setting.

Is the price per setting or per child?
Per setting. There are no per-child fees and no caps on the number of staff you can invite. Users are unlimited.
What happens when the 100 are gone?
The price moves to the next step. The ladder is public because surprises are for inspections.
Is the £19 version missing features?
No. Same everything. Earlier just costs less.
What if I cancel and come back?
Your locked price is for staying. Returners pay the going rate.
Will the price rise once I've signed up?
No. That's the point. Your price never rises while your subscription stays active, including when we register for VAT. We absorb VAT for locked cohorts.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Monthly by default, no minimum term. Annual is available and gives you two months free. Cancel any time.
Will you help us import existing documents?
Yes. Connect OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive and we'll classify your existing evidence automatically.
Does the price include VAT?
Prices shown are the full price. We're not currently VAT-registered; when we do register, we absorb VAT for locked cohorts.
What if I have more than 15 settings?
Talk to us about Enterprise. We quote a declining per-site rate from around £22 per site for groups of 16 or more settings.
